Diamond Chef Arkansas is a culinary competition modeled after the popular Food Network show, Iron Chef America. Over 700 attendees will enjoy dinner while watching a culinary showdown take place on stage. A mystery ingredient will be revealed moments before a 60 minute clock starts ticking. Each chef will be provided a fully stocked pantry and will be allowed two sous chefs to assist them in preparing three courses using the mystery ingredient as the prominent item in each dish. Pamela Smith, will emcee the event. Judges will score the chefs on creativity, taste and presentation. Chef Andre Poirot will serve as a technical judge scoring the chefs on sanitation and organization. The winner will be crowned the 2015 Diamond Chef Arkansas!

Previous Diamond Chef Arkansas winners include Chef Marc Guizol, Chef Donnie Ferneau, Chef Michael Powell, Chef Daniel Capello and Chef Jason Knapp. The event also features a silent and live auction filled with parties catered by some of Arkansas’ top chefs, fabulous trips, household and kitchen items, restaurant packages, and much more. All funds raised from the event will directly benefit the students of Pulaski Technical College.

Great live and silent auction items!
