The University of Arkansas - Pulaski Tech Technical College Foundation and the UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI) present the premier culinary competition and fundraiser, the 2018 Diamond Chef Arkansas on April 19, 2018 at 6 p.m. to be held at CAHMI.
Diamond Chef Arkansas is a competitive culinary competition that pits some of Arkansas’ most beloved, certified chefs against each other in a series of challenges and elimination rounds to determine who will earn the coveted Diamond Chef title.
